Welcome to the 2024 Black and Blue Tournament Player Registration!

Follow these steps to complete your Registration:

• Log into your Sport Engine account if you have one. If you do not have a Sport Engine account, click "Continue as Guest" button at the lower right-hand of this page.

• On the next page, completely answer all of the questions.

• Review and accept the waiver & check out - your receipt will be sent to the email you provided.

During the registration you will be asked a number of questions including:

• Name, gender, and age of each player you are registering
• Players Team/Bracket
• Parent/guardian contact information
• Player's US Lacrosse membership number (must be valid through 7/20/2023)

The process should take about five minutes per player.

Please note:

If you are registering more than one player, you will be asked if you would like to register another right before the checkout page - keep any eye out for the message and you'll save yourself a few minutes.

US Lacrosse partners with Bollinger Insurance to provide Woodbury United Association Members (Coaches, Members, Players) liability coverage as required by city and state mandates.

• Every player must be a current US Lacrosse member
• The cost of new/renewal membership is $35.00 for ages under 15. US Lacrosse memberships must be renewed annually.
