Woodbury United Lacrosse

Woodbury United Lacrosse (WULAX) strives to provide opportunities for everyone in Woodbury Minnesota to participate in healthy, safe and inclusive Lacrosse activities in a fun and family orientated environment. WULAX is managed by dedicated volunteer staff, all of whom tirelessly provide their skills, time and assistance to ensure the club can offer a variety of youth lacrosse opportunity to boys and girls to develop in the growing sport of Lacrosse.

As we are a local community sports club, our major source of revenue is our biggest event which is the WULAX Black and Blue Lacrosse Tournament. The funds generated from the tournament are then reinvested into the club for the benefit of all members. 

Our biggest event is the WULAX Black and Blue Lacrosse Tournament which provides an opportunity for Lacrosse teams from Minnesota and Wisconsin to compete in a fun weekend of youth lacrosse.

The 2024 Black & Blue Tournament promises to be another great summer weekend of youth lacrosse.

Since 2009, Woodbury United Lacrosse (WULAX) has strived to grow the sport of youth lacrosse.  Through our boys’ and girls’ programs, the primary goal is to introduce and develop the character lacrosse to youth of our community.  WULAX youth serve as positive members of the community. We believe that the following objectives augment this mission.
 

• We will promote pride, unity, and confidence in youth lacrosse, the community we represent and the WULAX family.
• We will practice positive leadership from coaches and players of WULAX.
• We will hold ourselves responsible and accountable for growing the sport of lacrosse by developing our athletes and always showing good sportsmanship on and off the field.

WULAX has a strong foundation built on the values of family, community, and positive attitudes. All members of the program will strive to uphold this tradition through hard work and being a role model for youth lacrosse throughout the state of Minnesota.

WULAX understands that in the current economic climate, organizations require value for any sponsorship money. Thus, the committee has put together a variety of sponsorship packages to provide local businesses and organizations a flexible opportunity to support their community.
